I graduated with my Master’s of Science in Health Education from Utah State University, my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and my Master’s of Science in Nursing from Regis College. I have over 17 years of experience as a registered nurse in a variety of specialties. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides mental health care in the form of diagnosis and medication management for individuals six years of age and older. I specialize in adult psychiatry, eating disorders, substance abuse, and perinatal mood disorders. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from both evidenced-based medicine and holistic perspectives when helpful. I believe in collaborating with you to create a treatment plan that feels personalized, respectful, and empowering. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm here to help you take the next step.
